When I decided to sell my house in a pandemic, I had no idea what to expect. I knew my style is modern but didn’t know how that would translate into pictures or a showing. Style Stage & Design was hired to stage my house, and I met with Roksana and discussed my needs and took pictures of the house. Two days later I had a detailed list room by room on suggestions to improve the layout. We met to discuss the proposal which was detailed but practical. She explained why things needed to be placed and why she suggested it. Everything was transparent and pretty attainable to get the best bang in the photos. 

During the photo day, Roksana helped me move furniture and curtains to get the best angle and light to photograph the best parts of my house.

She was lovely, professional and provided a great service. I really believe investing in a staging company helped me push my house above all the other homes in my area to sell within 2 weeks and at my asking price.”
